Cause and Effect in Relationships - Learning How to Use ThemDo you know how and when to use the two words, cause and effect? If not, well, what can I do for you?
Cause and effect happen naturally in our lives. In the process of human life we experience changes all the time, whether it is happy or sad. But when it comes to relationships, there are times when it is hard to determine what happened and what caused it.
Relationships come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it is hard to determine which one caused the other. On the other hand, sometimes we just want to know that it was not that.
In order to understand why things happen, you have to understand the different dynamics that affect a relationship. Some relationships that were supposed to last forever, seemed to go downhill very fast. There was no rhyme or reason. But when it came to relationship counseling, we learned some things, and a little bit of what happened.
When one part of the relationship is damaged and it becomes more obvious, it is easier to reach a conclusion about what went wrong. If you are still suffering from the lack of trust in your relationship, the way to recover it is through forgiveness. Letting go and forgiving also means you are not going to try to fix the problem by yourself.
After forgiveness, you are going to have to love yourself again. Just because you started thinking negatively after the conflict with your partner does not mean that your relationship is over. It may only be in its early stages but you need to start over, and in order to reach that stage, you have to work hard on yourself.
You can continue on trying to fix your relationship through counseling and make sure that you continue to work on your issues, and learn how to forgive and love yourself and this will give you a real chance to get back the love that you deserve. Also, when it comes to healing and love, you should not expect too much as this only causes further problems, but instead do your best to work on yourself, so that you can be happier and healthier in the future.
